Well, that's pretty much exhausted my Dutch... I am an English woman who has moved to Brussels to live with my Dutch boyfriend, and shall be attempting to learn French (and maybe Dutch), pass my viva, get a job, and explore this intriguing city. These exertions will almost certainly be fuelled by gin, beer, and baking. Expect complaints about the Belgians, tales of adventures and funtimes, and lots of cooking.
Lepeltje-lepeltje is the Dutch phrase for 'spooning'. I chose the name because I love the way it sounds (pronounced 'lay-pull-che' in English) but also because a single 'lepel' is a spoon ('lepeltje' means 'small spoon') and I love to cook and bake.
